Shipped in Claude Code v2.1.92 alongside Claude Code Web, /ultraplan moved planning to a cloud session at claude.ai/code for browser review with inline comments, then remote execution or CLI handoff. Anthropic removed the research preview (see code.claude.com/docs/en/ultraplan). Not to be confused with ultrathink, a separate prompt keyword for one-turn deep reasoning.
