DATA_RIGHTS

Last updated: April 13, 2026

1. How this page fits with the Privacy Policy

This page summarizes how you can exercise data protection rights in connection with explainx.ai, operated by AISOLO Technologies Private Limited (“AISOLO”, “we”). It supplements our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it and our Terms of Service. If anything conflicts, the Privacy Policy and Terms control for their respective topics.

2. What we can help with (personal data)

These rights generally apply to information that identifies or can reasonably identify you as an individual—such as your account email, profile fields you provide, authentication and security records, and similar data described in the Privacy Policy.

Public directory content (e.g. skill or MCP listing text meant to be published) is governed by the Terms and may remain visible or archived for legal, security, or operational reasons even after account deletion. See Privacy Policy §1 and Terms §7.

3. Rights you may have (India and elsewhere)

Depending on applicable law—including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) in India and, where relevant, other frameworks —you may have rights such as:

  • Access / confirmation: understand whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy or summary where appropriate.
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data tied to your account.
  • Erasure / withdrawal: request deletion of personal data or withdraw consent for processing that requires consent, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. legal holds, security logs, backup retention).
  • Nomination: where the DPDP Act applies, you may have the right to nominate another individual to exercise certain rights on your death or incapacity, in line with applicable rules.

Exact labels and procedures vary by jurisdiction. We will respond in line with applicable law and verify your request where reasonable to prevent fraud.

4. How to submit a request

Email support@explainx.ai from the address associated with your account (or describe why you cannot). Use a clear subject such as Data rights request and state what you need (access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, etc.). We may ask for reasonable information to confirm identity and scope.

Where the product offers self-service (e.g. profile or account deletion), you may use those controls in addition to email.

5. Response timelines

We aim to respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. Statutory timelines (for example under the DPDP Act or rules thereunder) apply where they are in force and apply to our processing.

6. Grievance officer

For privacy grievances under Indian law, you may contact the same address: support@explainx.ai, with Privacy grievance in the subject line. We will address complaints in line with applicable timelines and rules. You may also have the right to escalate to the Data Protection Board of India or other authorities where the law allows.

7. International users

If you live outside India, local laws may give you additional rights or require different processes. We will consider applicable requirements when you contact us. Our primary operations are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Updates

We may revise this page to reflect legal or product changes. Check the “Last updated” date above; material updates may also be noted through the Platform or by email where appropriate.
