Open-sourced on August 24, 2026 after a viral YouTube series formerly called WorldView, God's Eye View runs locally in the browser on CesiumJS, Vite, and Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles. Ten of thirteen live layers need no API key; Google Maps is required for the 3D planet; OpenAI is optional for 28-tool voice control. The project will not merge named-person search, face recognition, or individual tracking. Source is MIT; bundled third-party datasets keep their own licenses.
