A Dot can connect to more than 4,000 apps, be messaged from ChatGPT and workplace chat, and run proactive research that stays read-only on connected apps. Conversations with a Dot do not count toward ChatGPT usage limits; Codex or ChatGPT Work tasks a Dot starts do. The first Dot is included for eligible Pro and Business Premium plans.
