    Who it’s for

    Who this workshop is for

    • Already running Bots

This is an introduction. Join for the safety section and the Q&A.
    • ChatGPT, Grok or Claude user

You want to move from chatting to delegating. This is built for you.
    • Creator or founder

You want an agent watching X, your inbox or your reports. Start here.

    What you’ll take away

What it is, a live demo, and the guardrails that make 24/7 agents safe to run.

Power users of ChatGPT, Grok or Claude, creators, founders & anyone curious about 24/7 AI agents

Always-on agents are new, change weekly and make mistakes. This free session gives you the map: what Grok Bot does, what a real run looks like, and the safety rules to set before you connect anything sensitive.

    01

See what a 24/7 agent really is

Not a chatbot with a new name. Named Bots with their own shared cloud computer, memory and schedules. You will understand the moving parts in plain language.

    02

    Watch a real routine run

A sample daily briefing, set up live: the prompt, the schedule, the test run and the fixes. You see what works and where it needs a human.

    03

    Set the guardrails first

Read-only first, drafts second, approved actions last. Ask-first rules, prompt-injection awareness and cost limits, before any Bot can send, buy or delete.

What you’ll do in the session

    1.5 hours live · Recordings included · 6:30–8 PM GMT+5:30

    Day 01Sat, Nov 7, 2026 · 6:30–8 PM GMT+5:30The 90-minute Grok Bot walkthrough
    1. 01 Minutes 0–20 · What is Grok Bot?

Chatbot versus always-on agent. What Grok Bot is, what it is not (it is not @grok, and it does not live in Telegram or WhatsApp), and how Bots, the shared cloud computer, memory and routines fit together.

    2. 02 Minutes 20–40 · Sample demo: a daily briefing routine

Live: create a Bot, write the briefing prompt with a 'nothing to report' rule, set the schedule, run a test and tune it. The safest first workflow, because it is read-only.

    3. 03 Minutes 40–60 · The safety angle

Auto Review and Ask-first rules, least privilege, why Bots are not a security boundary, prompt injection, and cost control with the shared weekly usage pool.

    4. 04 Minutes 60–75 · Grok Bot vs Claude Duet, ChatGPT dots and Meta Muse

The same always-on idea from four companies, side by side: where each runs, what it costs to start, how each handles approvals and safety, and who each one fits. Short demos, no hype.

    5. 05 Minutes 75–90 · Hands-on and Q&A

Follow along in your own account, or watch and ask. Build your own guardrails checklist and bring your use case for live feedback.

    What you’ll leave with
    • ✓Watch a scheduled daily-briefing routine built live
    • ✓Leave with a one-page Guardrails Checklist for always-on agents

Skills you’ll practice: Always-on agent fundamentals · Routines and scheduling (conceptual) · Ask-first rules and least privilege · Prompt injection awareness · Usage and cost control

    Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before joining.

Yes. This is a free 90-minute live session on Nov 7. No credit card is required.

No. You can watch the demo and ask questions without one. To follow along hands-on you need a plan that includes Grok Bot, or its limited free trial credit. Pricing changes often, so check on the day.

No. If you can use a web app and describe what you want clearly, you are ready.

Grok Bot is xAI's always-on agent app. You create named Bots that share a persistent cloud computer, connect to your apps, run scheduled routines and keep working while your laptop is closed. It is separate from the @grok chatbot on X.

Yes. Grok Bot is the focus, with about 15 minutes comparing it to Claude Duet, ChatGPT dots and Meta Muse: where each runs, what it costs to start, how each handles approvals, and who each fits. Some of those are US-only or waitlisted, so we flag availability.

It can be, if you set it up carefully. These agents are in beta, make mistakes, and can be hijacked by hidden instructions in web pages or emails. We cover Ask-first rules, least privilege, read-only Bots for the open web and cost limits.

Register anyway. The session recording will be available to watch afterward.

Email gets you in. A free account opens the private starter kit (practice tools, pathways, blogs) so you can track this workshop and use Melo, our learning copilot, while you wait. Clicking that resources link also enrolls you. Use the same email.

In the last few minutes we will point to where to go deeper if this topic is relevant to what you are building. This session stands on its own. No payment to be here.

The instructor, Mr. Yash Thakker, kept things as simple as feasible and demonstrated easy to understand examples. The diction, clarity of speech, pace etc. was just fine, and he paused for us to try something and patiently answered our doubts.
