CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At UPYOGAI, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that there might be circumstances in which you need to cancel our services. In such cases, our Cancellation and Refund Policy as outlined below will apply.

1. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel any service, you must provide us with a written notice of cancellation by email to yash@upyogai.com.

Please note that if work has already commenced on the service you wish to cancel, you may still be liable for any work completed up to the point of your cancellation notice.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of UPYOGAI.

If the service has not yet begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of your payment, less any non-refundable deposits or fees.

 

If work on the service has already begun, the refund amount will be proportionate to the amount of work already completed, less any non-refundable deposits or fees.

 

3. Processing

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
